Role Summary

You'll lead the development of management information (MI) and analytics that identify performance trends across syndicates, classes, and delegated authorities. Your work will directly support senior leadership with meaningful insights and high-quality reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver timely, accurate MI and dashboards to support strategic and operational priorities.

  • Analyse market and syndicate data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Create performance reporting packs and data visuals for internal/external presentations.

  • Collaborate with directors to ensure reporting reflects functional needs and priorities.

  • Continuously improve data processes, reporting quality, and insight delivery.

  • Use tools like Excel, Qlik Sense, Power BI, and Business Objects for data analysis.

What You'll Bring
  • Strong analytical skills and data visualisation experience.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Qlik Sense, and MI tools.

  • Ability to communicate complex data clearly to senior stakeholders.

  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

  • Experience in insurance or financial services preferred.

  • Understanding of performance metrics, portfolio management, and P&L drivers.
