About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Health Procurement Specialist to lead the procurement of digital healthcare systems, software, technology solutions, and managed services. The role will support key digital transformation projects, ensuring value for money, compliance, and successful delivery of procurement strategies across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead procurement activities for digital health technologies, systems, and services.
  • Manage end-to-end tender processes, contract negotiations, and supplier selection.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to support digital transformation and technology projects.
  • Develop procurement plans, identify savings opportunities, and ensure contracts deliver value and performance.
  • Provide expert advice on procurement regulations, commercial terms, and contract management.
  • Conduct market analysis and supplier evaluations to support informed decision-making.
  • Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and help drive innovation within procurement.
  • Ensure all procurement activity complies with relevant policies, procedures, and governance requirements.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience managing procurement activities within healthcare, digital technology, IT, or public sector environments.
  • Strong knowledge of tendering, contract management, and supplier negotiations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience analysing data and identifying commercial opportunities and cost savings.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of public sector procurement practices is advantageous.
