Digital Strategist - SaaS
Principal Digital Strategist Contract | £650-£750/day | London / Hybrid
I'm currently supporting a global digital technology business on the search for a Principal Digital Strategist to join their Professional Services function on a contract basis.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role working with some of the most recognisable enterprise brands on large-scale digital transformation programmes. It's a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys operating at a strategic level, influencing senior stakeholders, and helping clients unlock real value from complex digital and customer experience investments.
The role will suit someone who is comfortable leading from the front - shaping vision, defining future-state roadmaps, building business cases, and guiding organisations through digital change in a commercially credible way.
What they're looking for:
- Strong consulting / advisory background in digital transformation, customer experience, or MarTech
- Experience working with large enterprise clients in complex, fast-paced environments
- Ability to define strategic roadmaps and future-state vision
- Strong stakeholder management at senior / executive level
- Experience helping organisations drive value, adoption, and business outcomes from digital investments
- Confidence operating across both strategy and delivery conversations
This is not a pure delivery PM role, and it's not a sales role either - they need someone who can sit credibly with senior clients, shape direction, and lead strategic transformation discussions.
Strong experience across digital experience platforms, customer journey, personalisation, marketing technology, or broader CX transformation would be highly relevant.
