Director - Java eTrading Engineer (FX Technology / OMS)

What you'll do:

* Lead architectural design and implementation across the electronic trading stack* Build high-performance, resilient Java solutions for order ingestion, routing and execution* Partner directly with FX trading and product teams* Drive automated testing and test-driven development* Research and implement performance optimisation techniques* Produce clear technical documentation and technology roadmaps

What you'll bring:

* Expert-level knowledge of Core Java* Strong experience building order management or order-routing systems* Electronic trading experience across FX, Rates, Equities or Listed Derivatives* Experience designing fault-tolerant transaction-processing architectures* Strong understanding of multithreading and Java performance optimisation* Experience with low-latency or no-GC Java development would be advantageous* Strong test-driven development and software engineering practices
