Director of FP&A - AI & SaaS | £120,000 - £150,000 base salary

With ambitious growth plans and strong private equity backing, they are now seeking a commercially minded Director of FP&A to join their leadership team and play a pivotal role in driving performance and scaling the business.

The Role As Director of FP&A, you will:

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis to support rapid growth.

• Build robust financial models to inform investment, pricing, and growth strategy.

• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership and the PE investors, delivering insight that drives value creation.

• Develop and optimise reporting processes to ensure the business is equipped for continued scale.

• Provide clear performance metrics and actionable recommendations to maximise profitability and efficiency.

• Manage and mentor a high-performing FP&A team.

The Person We are looking for a proven FP&A leader who brings:

• Advanced financial modelling expertise and the ability to translate data into strategic insight.

• Experience operating in a PE-backed environment, with exposure to investor relations and value creation strategies.

• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.

• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced settings (SaaS / AI / Tech sector highly desirable).

• Excellent leadership skills and a collaborative, inclusive approach.

The Offer

• Salary: £120,000 - £150,000 + competitive package.

• Hybrid working model: 3 days per week in Central London.
