Job Summary:We're seeking an experienced GenAI Engineer with expertise in Google Gemini to join our client on a 6-month project at the forefront of Generative AI. This role offers the opportunity to design, build, and deploy cutting-edge AI models within a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment, contributing directly to the development of innovative, production-grade AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:-
Design, develop, and implement Generative AI models using Google Gemini to address specific business challenges.

Fine-tune and optimise models for accuracy, scalability, and performance.

Integrate AI capabilities into existing systems, ensuring seamless deployment and operational stability.

Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and product teams to deliver end-to-end AI applications.

Oversee model monitoring and retraining to maintain reliability and mitigate bias.

Support the design and architecture of ML and GenAI platforms for large-scale deployment.

Stay current with emerging AI technologies and Google's evolving ecosystem to drive continuous innovation.

Produce technical documentation and provide guidance to key stakeholders.

5+ years in Data Science or Machine Learning Engineering, with a focus on Generative AI.

Proven experience building ML or GenAI platforms end-to-end.

Hands-on expertise with Google Gemini and associated GCP AI/ML tools.

Strong programming ability in Python, with frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.

Experience migrating models from Dataiku (or similar platforms) into Google Cloud environments.

Knowledge of MLOps, model monitoring, data drift, and concept drift.

Understanding of AI bias mitigation, governance, and responsible AI practices.

Background in Financial Services or Insurance is advantageous.

Google Cloud AI/ML certifications.

Experience working with multi-modal AI models (text, image, audio).

Awareness of AI ethics, governance frameworks, and secure deployment standards.
