What You'll Do
- Deliver senior leadership and accountability for EMEA IT technical delivery on the Global Horizon programme, driving the rollout of a unified global SAP SuccessFactors instance and its downstream integrations.
- Account for the secure, scalable, and compliant rollout of SAP SuccessFactors IT and data integrations throughout EMEA, linking to HR, IAM, Finance, Compliance, and associated platforms.
- Collaborate with global (Tokyo, New York, APAC) and regional IT/data teams to ensure seamless, roadmap-aligned delivery of EMEA downstream integrations.
- Direct delivery through the defined integration architecture (Databricks, API-led, SAP CPI, Middleware), partnering with architecture teams to finalise and oversee designs.
- Implement strong governance frameworks for planning, dependency/risk management, change control, quality assurance, and reporting; serve as EMEA IT lead to the Global Programme Office.
- Assemble and direct cross-divisional teams and vendors, foster stakeholder partnerships in a Matrix organisation, optimise resourcing and costs, and explain technical matters clearly to senior non-technical executives.
What You Bring
- Senior experience (Programme Manager/Senior Project Manager) leading global IT transformations (eg SAP SuccessFactors) in financial services, focusing on downstream integrations.
- Expertise in API integrations, Middleware (SAP CPI), and data platforms (Databricks) for enterprise HR systems.
- Track record in multi-regional IT delivery across Matrix structures and dual reporting lines.
- Knowledge of IAM, Finance, Compliance systems and global employee data regulations.
- Experience implementing IT governance, risk/change management, and executive reporting.
- Leadership of cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders; resourcing and decision-making skills.
