We're seeking an experienced HR Systems Specialist with strong expertise in iTrent to join our clients HR team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our HR systems operate efficiently, support business needs, and enable a seamless employee experience.

You'll be the subject matter expert for iTrent-responsible for system configuration, maintenance, optimisation, reporting, and supporting ongoing HR digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary system expert for iTrent, ensuring stability, accuracy, and reliable performance.
  • Manage system configuration, workflows, organisational structures, and user permissions.
  • Ensure best practice system usage across the HR function.
  • Support data requests for HR, Payroll, Finance, and senior leadership.

  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, data protection, and audit requirements.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience with iTrent HR/Payroll modules.

  • Proven track record in HR systems administration, configuration, and process optimisation.

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data management principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
