What you'll do:
As HRIS Manager, you will play a central role in transforming how the organisation manages its people data by leading the evolution of its Workday platform. Your day-to-day activities will involve close collaboration with stakeholders across departments to understand their needs, translate these into system enhancements, and deliver solutions that drive efficiency. You will be responsible for creating clear frameworks around job families, supporting colleagues through tailored training sessions, and providing expert advice on best practices for data management. By developing insightful reports and analytics, you will help shape decision-making processes while ensuring compliance remains at the forefront of all activities.
- Develop and implement a strategic approach to Workday that aligns with organisational goals and enhances overall HR operations.
- Create and manage the Workday Roadmap by prioritising system enhancements, updates, and new functionalities according to evolving business needs.
- Collaborate closely with HR and departmental leaders to design and implement job families, ensuring clarity in roles as well as transparent career progression pathways.
- Ensure all employee data is accurately entered, maintained, and protected within Workday by implementing best practices for data integrity and security.
- Engage proactively with cross-functional teams to promote efficient use of Workday while gathering feedback for continuous system improvement.
- Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to HR staff and end-users on all aspects of Workday functionality to ensure effective utilisation.
- Develop detailed reports and conduct analytics to track key HR performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
