HRIS Specialist

We are partnering with a globally recognised premium fashion brand to recruit an HRIS Specialist (EMEA) during a significant period of growth, transformation and investment across the business. Working as part of a collaborative and forward-thinking HR team based in London, the HRIS Specialist will play a critical role in optimising HR systems, improving data governance, delivering meaningful workforce analytics and supporting business-wide transformation projects. This position offers substantial visibility across HR, Finance, Payroll and IT, making it an excellent opportunity for an experienced HRIS professional looking to make a tangible impact.

The Role

The HRIS Specialist will act as the subject matter expert for HR technology across the EMEA region, ensuring systems are secure, effective and aligned with business needs. This is a broad and varied role covering HR systems administration, reporting, integrations, governance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and developing the HR systems landscape across EMEA
  • Acting as systems administrator for HRIS platforms and associated applications
  • Managing user access, workflows, system configuration and governance
  • Ensuring the integrity, accuracy and security of employee data
  • Developing and maintaining HR dashboards, reports and people analytics
  • Producing workforce reporting and insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Leading system improvements, upgrades and optimisation projects
  • Managing integrations between HR, payroll, finance and other business systems
  • Acting as the main point of contact for HR systems support across the region
  • Coordinating testing, implementation and change management activities
  • Supporting wider HR transformation and digitalisation projects
  • Working closely with regional and global stakeholders to deliver scalable HR technology solutions
About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Strong HRIS administration and systems management experience
  • Significant experience working with SuccessFactors
  • Experience managing HR system integrations and data flows
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle
  • Excellent knowledge of HR data governance, GDPR and data privacy requirements
  • Advanced reporting and workforce analytics capabilities
  • Strong Excel skills, with Power BI experience highly desirable
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • The ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
  • A highly analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Experience working within an international or multi-country environment
