* Extensive experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Order-to-Cash (O2C) or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycles within high-volume environments.

* Proven track record managing large AP/AR teams with responsibility for leadership development pathways.

* Strong background in process optimisation including automation projects such as ERP upgrades or workflow tool implementations.

* Demonstrated ability to maintain rigorous controls around compliance standards in shared service environments (desirable).

* Experience leading transformation initiatives involving digitalisation technologies like OCR invoicing or AI agents.

* Expertise in cash flow forecasting techniques alongside working capital management strategies.

* Advanced proficiency using RP platforms such as SAP plus analytics tools including Excel for reporting purposes.

* Solid understanding of credit control practices including risk management protocols for minimising aged debt.

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; accounting qualifications such as ACCA/CIMA/ACA highly desirable.

* Exceptional communication skills enabling effective stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
