A leading global technology organisation is seeking a Salesforce and CRM Project Manager / Business Analyst to join their Cloud Marketplaces programme in London. This role offers the opportunity to drive new revenue streams, streamline processes, and work closely with high-performing teams across Sales, Partner Management, and back-office functions.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage Salesforce and CRM projects from planning to delivery

• Analyse business processes and produce actionable insights using Excel and Power BI

• Support marketplace procurement programmes and act as a deal desk advisor

• Maintain CRM data integrity and ensure accurate reporting

• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and embed changes into BAU

• Support operational activities including onboarding, content management, and stakeholder communications

About you:

• Strong project management and business analysis experience

• Advanced Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUP) and Power BI reporting expertise

• Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in cloud marketplaces, SaaS, or technology-led environments
