An exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Programme Manager to join a forward-thinking insurance organisation in Shannon, Ireland.

You'll lead cloud migration programmes using AWS and Azure, driving transformation across the business while working in a collaborative, supportive, and flexible environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end cloud migration programmes on time and within budget.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

• Manage programme plans, resources, risks, and communications.

• Champion best practices in programme management and continuous improvement.

• Foster a positive, inclusive team culture with open communication.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience leading large-scale cloud migrations (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).

• Strong knowledge of AWS and/or Azure.

• Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
