Project Manager - Digital Platforms (Ticketing / E-Commerce) London / Nottingham / Germany (Hybrid)Initial 6-month feasibility phase + 15-month delivery programme

I'm working with a leading European entertainment group embarking on a major transformation of its digital ticketing platforms. We're hiring a Project Manager to lead the feasibility study and-pending board approval-the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale platform modernisation programme.

This is a high-visibility, strategic role working directly with senior executives across multiple countries.

The Role You will lead the feasibility phase, shaping scope, technical architecture, integrations, timelines and budget, and producing board-ready plans. If approved, you'll then drive full programme execution, managing cross-functional teams, suppliers, RFPs, platform development, integrations (CRM, payments, marketing, security), QA and delivery governance.

What We're Looking For* Strong experience managing transactional digital platforms (ticketing, e-commerce or order-to-cash) (must)* Proven delivery of customer-facing digital services* Strong understanding of platform architecture, integrations, real-time inventory, secure payments and UX principles* Skilled stakeholder manager, comfortable influencing senior leadership* Experience with Agile delivery and open-source platforms* Ability to travel to sites across the UK and Europe

Desirable Experience in live entertainment, music, events, or ticketing. German language is a bonus.
