IT Support Engineer
Robert Walters is working in partnership with a large-scale international retail business. They operate across a platform combining a strong physical network with leading edge digital capabilities to deliver high-value products. Due to continued UK growth, they are keen to appoint an experienced IT Support Engineer to be based out of the Milton Keynes offices on a hybrid working model, paying a salary range up to £35,000.
As an experienced IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing IT technical support across the group. With strong skills and experience with M365 products, you will have experience supporting users with exceptional service.
IT Support Engineer: Duties
- Provide remote and in-person IT Support for group users
- Manage/Resolve IT service tickets - keeping updates
- Support hardware rollouts, user access requests
- Work with team on escalations and reporting
IT Support Engineer:
- 1st and 2nd line support across local and remote sites
- Windows systems, hardware, network issues
- Strong Microsoft 365 experience
- Cyber Security awareness
The permanent position for an IT Support Engineer, will pay a salary up to £35,000 plus benefits with a hybrid working model from the Milton Keynes offices.
