In-house Lawyer
Fantastic opportunity to join a well established global business with an iconic brand and heritage. You will be working as part of the wider legal team to support the business internationally across commercial contracts with a focus on technology related agreements.
In this Legal Counsel role, you will be working as part of an extremely collaborative and supportive legal team to support the wider business on commercial agreements.
A snapshot of your duties will include:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, including technology and IT services (MSAs, SOWs, SaaS and software licensing), logistics and warehousing, procurement and operational supply/services agreements
- Support business partners across the UK, Europe, the USA, Asia and the Middle East with day-to-day legal advice and strategic, solution-oriented guidance
- Partner with Compliance, Finance and Procurement to align legal advice with commercial objectives and improve contracting efficiency
- Support legal operations, including vendor audits, contract management and adoption of contract life cycle management and legal tech/AI tools.
Our client are looking for team players who enjoy working with internal stakeholders to find solutions. This role would be well suited to someone who is a qualified lawyer with at least five years of PQE working in a private practice TMT team or coming from in-house with transferable experience.
Candidates can come with any industry background, providing they have worked on technology agreements.
