* Monitor day-to-day incidents on the shopfloor OT/IT systems and ensure timely resolution to minimise disruption to manufacturing operations.* Engage directly with IT and business users to address functional issues related to manufacturing execution systems (MES) and production line devices.* Follow established service management processes such as Incident Management, Change Management, Capacity Management, Problem Management, and Service Level Management to maintain high standards of delivery.* Maintain agreed service level agreements (SLAs) at all times while assuring quality in every aspect of service delivery.* Participate in shift rotation plans and adhere strictly to the operating model for consistent coverage and support.* Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) on complex functional issues requiring specialist input or escalation.* Coordinate communications between suppliers, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and other IT stakeholders relevant to your area of responsibility.* Share knowledge proactively with team members through regular updates, knowledge transition sessions, and collaborative problem-solving.* Assist in preparing operational reports for stakeholders by tracking progress on incident resolution and ongoing projects.* Support stakeholder management by providing clear communication channels and regular status updates throughout the incident lifecycle.

What you bring:

* Demonstrated experience supporting IT endpoints within production line environments-including troubleshooting hardware such as printers, scanners, mobile devices, barcode readers, and smart devices used on the shopfloor.* Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing shop floor systems including MES platforms and their integration points with OT/IT infrastructure.* Proficiency using ServiceNow or similar service management tools for handling incidents, problems, changes, service level management (SLM), and knowledge management processes.* Ability to follow structured service management frameworks while maintaining high standards of quality assurance under pressure.* Excellent interpersonal skills enabling you to build positive relationships with business users, technical teams, suppliers, OEMs, and other key stakeholders.* Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement-including preparing operational reports and providing regular updates during incident resolution cycles.* Experience working within shift-based support models or willingness to participate in rotating shifts as required by operational needs.* A collaborative approach that fosters knowledge sharing among team members through documentation and active participation in group discussions.* Commitment to upholding diversity and inclusion principles within the workplace-demonstrating sensitivity towards colleagues from varied backgrounds.* A proactive attitude towards continuous learning-embracing new technologies or methodologies relevant to industrial automation engineering.
