Infrastructure (Wifi Refresh) Project Manager
Infrastructure Project Manager - Wi-Fi / Network Deployment London (4 days onsite + site travel) ~£360-£460/day (Outside IR35) 5-month initial contract (likelihood of extension) ASAP start
We're supporting a London-based organisation delivering a targeted Wi-Fi transformation programme across its estate.
The scope includes Wi-Fi migrations at selected sites, alongside a full estate-wide rollout of Wi-Fi authentication and customer portal capabilities.
This is a hands-on delivery role, working closely with an MSP and coordinating multiple stakeholders across both technical and customer-facing environments.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing delivery of Wi-Fi migrations across key sites
- Leading rollout of authentication and customer portal solutions across the wider estate
- Coordinating MSPs, suppliers, and field engineers
- Driving timelines, risks, issues, and delivery milestones
- Managing stakeholder and customer communication to ensure smooth site access and adoption
- Running deployment progress meetings and keeping delivery on track
What they're looking for:
- Proven Infrastructure Project Management experience (not software delivery)
- Experience with Wi-Fi / network / workplace technology deployments
- Strong multi-site rollout experience
- Confident managing 3rd party vendors / MSPs
- Strong communicator - able to engage both technical teams and end users
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving delivery environment
