We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Data Analyst to join a high-performing Data team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone eager to build a career in data within a fast-paced, dynamic business environment. You'll work with modern BI tools, particularly Power BI, to support decision-making and help drive data-led improvements across the organisation. Junior Data Analyst responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and prepare datasets to support reporting and analysis.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and usability.
• Support the creation of data models, including relationships, DAX calculations, and measures.
• Assist in monitoring and improving existing reporting solutions.
• Analyse trends, metrics, and KPIs to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with teams across the business to understand reporting needs and provide data-driven insights.
• Perform data quality checks to ensure reliability and consistency.
• Support ad-hoc data requests and contribute to ongoing improvement of data processes.
• Document your work clearly to support team knowledge and future handover.

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will have:

• A strong interest in data analysis and a desire to build a long-term career in the field.
• Basic experience working with Power BI (or similar tools) and a willingness to develop deeper skills.
• Good understanding of Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity to investigate data trends, patterns, or anomalies.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Clear communication skills, able to explain findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A proactive mindset, eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
