A globally recognised creative technology organisation is hiring a B2B Marketing Program Manager to join its EMEA Customer Marketing team.

This team acts as the engine room for unified, end-to-end B2B marketing across EMEA. Focused on bringing together messaging, content, digital, field and channel into one joined-up strategy. This hire will play a key role in making that happen.

This is not a siloed content role. It's a programme leadership position that connects strategy to execution across multiple routes to market.

Responsibilities:

  • You'll develop and execute marketing programme strategies aligned to business objectives, supporting field marketing, demand generation and channel initiatives across EMEA.
  • You'll own the content strategy across campaigns - ensuring messaging is consistent and commercially focused across digital, field and partner channels.
  • Acting as the primary B2B marketing contact for Enterprise Marketing, US stakeholders and Studio/Brand operations teams, you'll ensure global priorities are effectively translated into regionally relevant execution.
  • You'll also shape and optimise automated and nurture email programmes - using testing, segmentation and performance data to continuously refine targeting and engagement.
  • This is a highly collaborative role operating across a fast-paced, cross-functional environment - bringing structure, clarity and executional discipline to complex marketing plans.

Candidate Criteria:

  • This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years' experience in B2B marketing programme management, demand generation or content-led campaign execution within a complex organisation.
  • You'll be confident translating strategy into action, working to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines without losing attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential. You'll be working across regions, functions and seniority levels, acting as a central coordination point.
  • Experience in channel marketing and content strategy is highly advantageous, as is comfort working in fast-moving, matrixed environments.
  • A degree in marketing, business or communications is preferred.
