What You'll Do
- Lead full-life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud architecture (HR models, best practices, quarterly updates, roadmap alignment); establish reference architectures, integration patterns, and NFRs (security, scalability, availability, performance); facilitate design workshops and deliver HLD/LLD, data models, sequence diagrams
- Implement HCM configurations (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent, Compensation, ORC), Fast Formulas, Extracts, BI Publisher/OTBI to approved designs; build PaaS extensions (OIC, VBCS, serverless); execute HDL/HSDL data loads; deliver REST/SOAP APIs and event callbacks
- Mentor developers/consultants on HCM data model, security, and extensibility; ensure adherence to standards/practices; spearhead design/code reviews; drive CI/CD gates, test automation, and observability
- Collaborate with HR/Payroll/Talent/Rewards/IT to convert business needs into designs; convey trade-offs/constraints/release impacts; enable change management, UAT, cutover, hypercare, and knowledge transfer
- Architect secure HCM integrations (ERP, payroll, benefits, IAM/SSO, analytics); develop OIC orchestrations (adapters, REST, file/FTP) featuring retries/error handling; lead HDL/HSDL migrations with validation/reconciliation
- Deliver comprehensive documentation (HLD/LLD, integration mappings, ICDs, support runbooks); uphold GDPR/security compliance, SoD controls, audit trails, and incident response processes
- Evaluate quarterly release notes for feature enablement planning, regression testing, and rollout comms; champion performance tuning, automation (eg, RPA), and UX enhancements through Journeys/HCM Experience Design Studio
- Proactively detect risks (release, data, integration) and mitigations; deploy monitoring, alerting, and fallback mechanisms for critical integrations/payroll
What You Bring
- Proven experience in Oracle HCM Cloud development, configuration, and transformation
- In-depth knowledge of 3+ Oracle HCM modules (eg, Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent, Compensation, ORC)
- Strong hands-on experience with OIC, HCM REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, and SSO/IAM
- Expert in Fast Formulas, HDL/HSDL, BI Publisher, and OTBI
- Proven Agile/DevOps delivery with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing in Oracle Cloud
- Solid understanding of HR operating models, compliance (GDPR), and payroll controls/audit cycles
