Oracle HCM Systems Administrator
Robert Walters is working in partnership with a UK-based technology company. They specialise in designing, building, supporting and maintain critical digital infrastructure. They operate across the following industries, but not limited to: Emergency Services, Transport, Government and Telecoms.
Due to continued growth, they are keen to appoint an Oracle HCM Systems Administrator, paying up to £55,000 with a home-based working model.
As an experienced Oracle HCM Systems Administrator, you will ensure continued success of business back-office services. You will be hands-on with analysis, troubleshooting, testing and continuous improvement.
Oracle HCM Systems Administrator: Duties
- First-line support for HR system queries via helpdesk
- Timely resolution & excellent user experience
- Investigate/Troubleshoot/Resolve system issues
- Collaborate with relevant teams to implement solutions
- Support testing/updates across Oracle HCM modules
- Patch releases and new functions ensure process continue effectively
- Create/maintain/deliver training materials & user guides
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects
- Help with change management initiatives
Oracle HCM Systems Administrator: Experience
- Hands-on experience Oracle Cloud Apps (HCM/Fusion HCM/HR modules)
- Writing/Managing test scripts, UAT, Reporting
- Create/Run reports in Oracle HCM
The permanent opportunity for an Oracle HCM Systems Administrator will pay a salary range up to £55,000 plus benefits. This will be a home-based role.
