Project / Programme Manager / BA Global Investment Bank | Glasgow | PAYE Contract
A leading global investment bank is hiring into its Enterprise Technology & Services function in Glasgow for a Project / Programme Management / BA professional to support a range of technology risk, data enablement and infrastructure-led initiatives.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who sits comfortably between project delivery, business analysis, governance and technology operations, and who enjoys working across complex enterprise environments.
You'll be working across large-scale technology initiatives, driving end-to-end planning, risk remediation, stakeholder coordination and delivery execution. The role acts as a key bridge between infrastructure teams and data enablement teams, ensuring delivery is structured, well-governed and moving forward.
What they're looking for:
- Experience in a Project Manager / Programme Manager / Business Analyst role within banking, financial services or complex enterprise environments
- Strong experience driving governance, project plans, milestones, RAID tracking, actions and stakeholder forums
- Ability to operate across multiple teams and bring structure where there is ambiguity
- Experience with CMDB, ITSM and data governance
- Strong documentation and control mindset
- Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice to have:
- Understanding of SDLC / Project Lifecycle
- Exposure to ServiceNow
- Familiarity with Snowflake
- Agile knowledge
- Power BI / Tableau / data visualisation tools
This would suit someone with experience across infrastructure, enterprise technology, control frameworks or operational change, who is comfortable owning both the structure and momentum of delivery.
