Power BI Developer (Data Bricks)
About the Role
Data plays a central role in transforming the organization into a data-driven business. A clear Data Strategy is in place, built around six key pillars: Enable Business Initiatives, Protect Data, Organize and Govern Initiatives, Manage Data, Empower People, and Deliver Data Platforms.
To support this transformation, the organization has adopted a decentralized data operating model, placing data teams within Business Units and regions, while a Central Data Office oversees platforms, standards, and governance.
We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to join the Data & Analytics team. This delivery-focused role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights. You'll translate complex business processes into clear, insightful visualizations that support informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

* Design, build, and maintain Power BI reports that deliver high-quality, actionable insights.
* Administer and maintain report scheduling to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
* Ensure that reporting solutions are fit-for-purpose and delivered on time and within budget.
* Partner with Data Engineers to maintain and query data marts in Azure Data Lake.
* Conduct gap analyses on existing reporting and lead initiatives to integrate new data sources.
* Contribute to wider data initiatives across the organization in support of strategic goals.
* Maintain detailed documentation, including report definitions and development criteria within DevOps.
* Ensure all reporting is compliant with relevant regulations, including GDPR and data protection standards.
About You
* Proven experience designing and delivering solutions using Power BI.
* Strong understanding of data modelling, visualization best practices, and user-centered design.
* Familiarity with Azure data environments, including Data Lake and data marts.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting requirements.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* A proactive mindset and attention to detail in delivering high-quality outputs.
