Known for integrity, innovation, and low-cost investing, fosters an inclusive and collaborative culture that empowers employees to make a meaningful impact globally.What You'll Do* Lead end-to-end product management for the mobile app experience, prioritizing features and enhancements to improve client outcomes* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, engineering, stakeholders) to plan, develop, and implement product changes and best practices* Define product strategy through market analysis, detailed requirements, implementation plans, and ongoing business planning input* Drive delivery excellence by resolving production and implementation issues, supporting escalations, and ensuring effective messaging and customer communication* Measure and optimize performance by defining KPIs and applying qualitative and quantitative insights to continuously improve the user experience What You Bring
- Extensive product management experience with mobile/app-based products
- Financial services background, preferably with personal investing exposure
- Strong UX and user-centered design skills
- Proficient in Jira and Adobe tools
- Experience driving end-to-end product development and delivery
