We are seeking an experienced professional to take on a pivotal leadership role within our Production Services function, driving operational excellence for Fixed Income and FX trading operations across EMEA. The client are a leading Japanese Investment bank with a strong presence in London.
This is a hands-on technical leadership position where you'll manage complex production environments, support critical trading applications, and shape the future of production services through innovation and strategic thinking.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and develop a talented regional team, ensuring stability in a fast-moving environment.
- Drive continuous improvement through emerging technologies like cloud solutions, AI, and automation.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Trading, Sales, Middle Office, and Compliance.
- Manage IT incidents, problem-solving under pressure, and oversee governance processes.
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years' experience in Production Support within investment banking.
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to attract and nurture talent.
- Deep knowledge of Fixed Income and FX products, trade lifecycle, P&L, and risk.
- Technical expertise in Linux, databases, middleware, scripting (Python/Perl), DevOps tools, and cloud technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
