What You'll Do

• Provide governance and oversight of risk and control activities across the business
• Produce risk management information and prepare committee reports
• Monitor risk events, identify emerging risks, and escalate issues when required
• Support governance forums by preparing materials and tracking actions
• Coordinate remediation of issues arising from audits and regulatory reviews

What You Bring

• Proven experience in risk management, operational risk, governance, or internal audit
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present findings clearly
• Experience producing risk reporting and MI for senior audiences
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong cross-functional relationships
• Knowledge of financial services and familiarity with FCA-regulated environments is advantageous
