Sales Development Representative

Role Overview
The SDR will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers for our client. This role focuses on the top of the sales funnel, generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and setting qualified opportunities for the Account Executives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, has strong communication skills, and is motivated by measurable results.
Key Responsibilities-
Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via calls, emails, social media, and other channels to generate qualified leads.

Qualify inbound leads, assess fit, and hand over opportunities to Account Executives.

Research target accounts and industry segments to identify decision-makers and tailor messaging.

Maintain accurate activity, notes, and lead information in CRM (Salesforce or equivalent).

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach messaging and conversion rates.

Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for lead generation, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.

Stay up-to-date on our client products, competitor landscape, and HR technology trends to effectively articulate value.

1-2 years of B2B sales, business development, or SDR experience, ideally within SaaS or technology.

Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.

Driven, organised, and comfortable in a high-volume outreach environment.

Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
