Your familiarity with leading platforms enables you to navigate complex system landscapes efficiently. In addition to technical proficiency in business analysis methodologies-such as process mapping or gap analysis-you possess strong interpersonal skills that foster trust among stakeholders. Your ability to communicate clearly ensures alignment across teams while your organisational prowess allows you to juggle competing priorities effectively. A commitment to continuous improvement underpins your approach as you proactively seek opportunities for AI-driven enhancements.

• Proven expertise in Investment or Wealth operating models including client journeys, products, clients, and applicable regulation gained through hands-on experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale business or platform transformation programmes within the Wealth or Asset Management industry.
• Demonstrated ability defining future-state business processes and operating models that align with strategic goals.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Aladdin, Temenos, Avaloq or similar systems would be advantageous.
• Experience applying AI and automation tools to improve productivity and enhance deliverable quality throughout the business analysis lifecycle.
• Comprehensive knowledge of core business analysis techniques including requirements elicitation, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution evaluation.
• Skilled in designing and implementing organisational or technology change within multidisciplinary teams using Agile or Waterfall frameworks.
