Senior Business Analyst - Workday Financials
A leading UK Pensions Manager is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with proven expertise in Workday Financials to support a high profile, multi-year Workday programme.
Your Role:
As a Senior Business Analyst - Workday Financials Experience Required, you will:

Support the rollout and training of Workday Financials

Collaborate with Finance, IT, Change & Transformation teams, external consultancies, and other stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.

Develop process maps, SOPs, and training materials while supporting training delivery.

Provide comprehensive analysis on business activities and processes to support project outcomes in line with established frameworks.
-
Define and document detailed business requirements with accuracy and timeliness.

Translate complex business needs into actionable solutions for technical teams.

Engage proactively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Contribute to workshops that foster collaboration and pragmatic solutions among diverse stakeholder groups.
Your Profile:
To excel in this role, you will have:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst within ideally a Pensions business with at least two 6-12-month assignments implementing Workday Financials.

A strong understanding of finance processes and their application within Workday.

Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within large-scale change or transformation projects, ideally within financial services or pensions environments.

Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Outstanding communication skills for producing clear documentation tailored for both technical teams and end users.

A collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships across stakeholder groups.
