Salary: £74,000 per annum + £10.5K partnership bonus + 20% target bonus, 10% employer pension contribution and additional benefits such as life assurance, private healthcare and dental cover, gym memberships and many more.

  • Join a newly formed European cybersecurity team dedicated to safeguarding hundreds of thousands of clients across the UK and Europe by developing secure authentication solutions and cloud-based services.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and enhance modern cloud-based cybersecurity services spanning all layers from database through to content delivery networks, ensuring robust protection for client data.
  • Implement secure authentication solutions such as multi-factor authentication (MFA) and passkeys to provide seamless yet highly secure login experiences for users.
  • Integrate with leading identity providers including Auth0, Transmit Security, and Ping Identity to deliver comprehensive identity management capabilities.
  • Design and build advanced solutions that detect and prevent account takeover attempts by malicious actors, proactively defending against evolving cyber threats.
  • Continuously improve the efficiency, resilience, and scalability of cloud services to maintain high availability and performance standards.
  • Drive ongoing enhancement of technical standards, tools, and processes within the team to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements that guide project delivery.
  • Oversee deployment and operational activities across development, testing, and production environments to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Participate actively in agile ceremonies using scrum methodologies to promote transparency, accountability, and iterative progress within the team.

What you bring:

  • Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript for building scalable web services using Node.js; experience with NestJS frameworks or microservices architectures is considered advantageous.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cloud computing concepts with hands-on experience provisioning infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform; familiarity with AWS is highly desirable.
  • Comprehensive understanding of REST APIs
