We're partnering with a leading, globally recognised financial services organisation to recruit a Senior Procurement Manager to play a key role in shaping and delivering strategic procurement initiatives.
This is a high-impact position focused on developing category strategies and leading complex sourcing activity, with particular exposure to technology and corporate services spend. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to drive value, innovation, and robust supplier management across the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end sourcing and category strategy delivery
- Manage supplier performance, risk, and commercial outcomes
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the organisation
- Drive cost optimisation and process improvements
- Support procurement transformation and capability building
About you:
- Proven experience in strategic procurement / category management
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation expertise
- Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
- Experience delivering complex sourcing and transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of governance, risk, and contract management
