Senior Project Manager - Lottery & Gaming - Tech Delivery
Join a global leader in lottery and gaming solutions as a Senior Project Manager on a permanent basis. This newly created role supports continued growth and strengthens the UK delivery function. You will play a key role in delivering complex, customer-facing technology platforms, managing an agile, prioritised roadmap across software, infrastructure, systems, and testing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end customer delivery relationship as primary point of contact
- Define and manage detailed delivery plans (scope, timelines, dependencies, budget, resources)
- Lead cross-functional teams across software, infrastructure, systems integration, and testing
- Drive agile delivery across a prioritised roadmap balancing customer and technical requirements
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and governance reporting
- Ensure high-quality delivery aligned to customer expectations and contractual obligations
- Translate requirements into clear, achievable delivery outcomes
Skillset & Experience:
- Proven experience in IT / technical project delivery within lottery, gaming, or gambling environments
- Strong background delivering complex software, infrastructure, or platform programmes
- Understanding of backend systems and basic database concepts
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Agile / PRINCE2 / PMP / IPMA certifications advantageous
- Comfortable working across multi-disciplinary technical teams
