Senior Scrum Master - GenAi - Global Insurer

Global Insurance | Permanent | 5-Year Programme | London | Hybrid Immediate hire - must have a notice period of 4 weeks or less

We're hiring a Scrum Master for a global insurance organisation to help establish and shape a brand-new Generative AI squad. This is a permanent role supporting a major AI transformation programme. You'll play a key role in building structure, cadence and predictable delivery from the ground up.

• Establish Agile foundations, ceremonies and team rhythms for a new GenAI squad

• Bring clarity to roles, priorities and collaboration across functions

• Support iterative GenAI/ML experimentation using flow metrics

• Facilitate ceremonies adapted to technical discovery and AI workflows

• Break down complex work into testable, incremental units

• Coach the squad through early-stage formation, ambiguity and rapid learning

• Foster psychological safety, engagement and continuous improvement

• Work with engineering, data, architecture, security and wider delivery teams

• Senior-level Scrum Master experience

• Proven background supporting greenfield or low-maturity teams

• Strong technical understanding (data pipelines, APIs, cloud, AI/ML lifecycle)

• Experience with AI/ML or data-driven teams is highly desirable

• Excellent coaching, facilitation and communication skills

• Insurance/financial services background

• Available immediately or on =4-week notice
