The roleholder will play a central role in shaping how leading organisations undertake their human resources technology transformation journeys. Your daily activities will encompass direct engagement with clients to discern their specific business needs, facilitating workshops that foster consensus among diverse stakeholders, and translating these requirements into robust ServiceNow solutions. You will guide offshore teams through critical phases such as design, configuration, and testing to ensure seamless deployments that deliver tangible value.

Experience needed;

*ExperienceofimplementingatleastonemoduleoftheServiceNowHRapplication*CertificationinServiceNowHRmodules*BackgroundworkingasaFunctionalConsultant,advisingandimplementingbusinessprocesschangeswithinHR.

*Demonstrableexperienceofleadingclientfacingmeetingsandfacilitationofworkshopswithlargergroupsofclientteams*Beenresponsiblefortheendtoenddeliveryofworkstreams,includingleadingoffshoreteam
