Due to a large-scale digital transformation, they are keen to appoint a (Software Product) Application Support Analyst paying a salary range up to £45,000 with a hybrid working model from the Warwick offices.
Software Product) Application Support Analyst: Duties
- Manage and resolve client facing support tickets
- Triage issues, investigate and understand root cause analysis
- Improve service performance
- Implement root causes analysis and fixes
- Effective documentation
- Support users during incidents and fixes
- User access management
- Work with software development team
(Software Product) Application Support Analyst: Technical Experience
- SQL
- JIRA Service Managment
- Ambition to perhaps move into Software Engineering
