Solutions Architecture (Dynamics)
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Solutions Architecture professional to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-wide technology solutions that support the organisation's digital transformation strategy. This role is responsible for defining solution architecture, establishing technology standards, and ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions across a Microsoft-first technology estate.
Required Skills & Experience Essential
- 5-10 years' experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or similar senior architecture role.
- Extensive experience designing enterprise-scale Microsoft technology solutions.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Strong understanding of Azure Integration Services.
- Experience designing API-led, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Hands-on software development background with enterprise integration experience.
- Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent understanding of cloud security, identity management, governance, compliance, and privacy principles.
- Experience leading large-scale digital transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing architecture within multi-vendor delivery environments.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and modern software development practices.
- Experience leading enterprise application modernisation programmes.
- Experience delivering legacy system decommissioning initiatives.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
- Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365 certifications.
- Experience within membership organisations, professional bodies, or highly regulated environments.
- Strategic thinking and enterprise architecture leadership.
