We're looking for visionary Strategic People and Talent Business Partners to join us in driving impactful change.
This is a senior, hands-on role where you'll work closely with Executive Committee members and their teams, providing strategic thought leadership and delivering actionable people initiatives that align with business goals. You'll play a critical role in enabling organisational effectiveness, simplifying structures, powering leaders, growing talent, and fostering a high-performance culture.

What You'll DoAs a trusted advisor and transformation leader, you will:
- Strategic Partnering: Translate business priorities into actionable people initiatives that drive organisational effectiveness. Build strong relationships across all levels while championing inclusion and engagement.
- Transformation Leadership: Lead organisational design and transformation initiatives, guiding leaders through change while embedding positive cultural behaviours.
- Talent Management: Execute talent strategies that attract, retain, and grow key skills while promoting diversity, equity, belonging, and inclusion. Develop robust workforce plans to ensure the right talent is in place at the right time.
- Culture Building: Drive engagement strategies that enhance colleague experiences while embedding performance metrics to foster continuous improvement.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use data and market trends to inform decision-making, measure organisational effectiveness, and deliver operational excellence.
We're seeking candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments and bring:
- Experience: MCIPD/FCIPD qualification with significant experience in strategic partnering or OE/talent roles at executive levels within agile organisations-ideally product-led or technology-focused businesses.
- Expertise: Strong generalist HR abilities paired with specialist knowledge in areas like talent management, organisational design, or people services leadership.
- Transformation Skills: Proven ability to lead cultural transformations, guide operating model redesigns, and deliver impactful change programs.
- Leadership Development: Expertise in coaching leaders to build capability, accountability, and agility within scalable structures.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to use data insights to influence stakeholders and drive action while tracking business impact.
- Attributes: A collaborative mindset with resilience, adaptability, curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
