Technical Support - Salesforce Administration Chinese Speaker
My client is a leading global service provider in the airport and travel services sector, connecting millions of users to lounges, dining, and travel-related benefits worldwide. As the business continues to grow, we are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with an infrastructure background and Salesforce administration experience to join our dynamic team and ensure robust technical support across global operations.
What you'll do:
- Act as the bridge between the development team and clients/account managers
- Provide mid-level system administration for Salesforce (especially Marketing Cloud)
- Use bilingual skills (English & Mandarin) to communicate with both clients and the development team
- Handle 24/7 support calls/emails for incidents or system outages
- Prepare incident reports and provide status updates to stakeholders
- Review monitoring system error logs and identify root causes
- Create and manage incident tickets in JIRA/Zendesk
- Create standard support documents in English
- Apply urgent fixes following standard procedures, with DevOps support
- Filter out non-critical issues that can wait until the next day
What you'll bring:
- 2+ years of experience in 24/7 technical support
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS or Azure
- 2+ years supporting/administering Salesforce (especially Marketing Cloud) is mandatory
- Basic knowledge of Java, hands on with Linux and Terraform experience
- Ability to write scripts in Python
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana)
- Understanding of full-stack web/mobile technologies, protocols, and web server standards
- Speaks fluent Mandarin/ Cantonese is mandatory
