What you'll be doing
As a Telesales Executive, you'll be at the forefront of expanding this innovative communications platform. You'll speak with hotels across the UK and beyond, introducing them to software solutions that improve their guest experience and day-to-day efficiency.
Your day-to-day will include:

Making outbound calls to generate and qualify leads.

Presenting software solutions confidently over the phone or via Zoom.

Managing CRM records accurately and keeping all information up to date.

Sending follow-up information and supporting materials to prospects.

Responding quickly and helpfully to customer enquiries.

Collaborating closely with colleagues to share insights and achieve team goals.
