UK Partnerships Director - Channel Sales
Our client is a rapidly growing AI-driven legal technology company transforming how law firms and in-house teams work. They are looking for someone hands-on to build their channel partnerships and make the function their own.
Were looking for a dynamic, motivated Channel Partnerships Manager to help take our client's UK channel programme and turn it into a thriving ecosystem. This is a hands-on role for someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved in day-to-day channel sales. You'll work closely with the wider team and other internal teams to identify, recruit, and grow relationships with resellers, system integrators, and other strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage the UK channel partner programme from scratch.

Identify and recruit new channel partners aligned with the client's growth strategy.

Work closely with partners to drive pipeline and revenue growth.

Provide training, enablement, and ongoing support to partners.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure partner success.

Track and report on partner performance and programme metrics.
Who We're Looking For:

Hands-on experience in channel sales or partnerships, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment.

Legaltech experience is a plus, but not essential.
