UK Partnerships Director - Channel Sales

Our client is a rapidly growing AI-driven legal technology company transforming how law firms and in-house teams work. They are looking for someone hands-on to build their channel partnerships and make the function their own.

Were looking for a dynamic, motivated Channel Partnerships Manager to help take our client's UK channel programme and turn it into a thriving ecosystem. This is a hands-on role for someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved in day-to-day channel sales. You'll work closely with the wider team and other internal teams to identify, recruit, and grow relationships with resellers, system integrators, and other strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage the UK channel partner programme from scratch.

  • Identify and recruit new channel partners aligned with the client's growth strategy.

  • Work closely with partners to drive pipeline and revenue growth.

  • Provide training, enablement, and ongoing support to partners.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure partner success.

  • Track and report on partner performance and programme metrics.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Hands-on experience in channel sales or partnerships, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment.

  • Smart, motivated, and dynamic - the kind of person who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

  • Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done.

  • Legaltech experience is a plus, but not essential.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Excited by the opportunity to build something from the ground up.
