We’re looking for a commercially driven, technically credible Head of Marketing to lead the next phase of growth for a high-value B2B SaaS business.
This isn’t a brand only role.
This is about building a predictable revenue engine.
You’ll work closely with the CEO, Sales and Product to position a technically sophisticated platform in a competitive market - driving pipeline, improving CAC efficiency and supporting enterprise sales cycles.
The OpportunityOur client operates in the technology/SaaS space, selling a complex solution into technical and commercial decision makers.
You’ll own:
- Marketing strategy and execution
- Demand generation and pipeline contribution
- Product positioning and messaging
- Technical content strategy
- Marketing operations and performance analytics
- Team leadership and agency management
This role is built for someone who has:
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology-led businesses
- Marketed complex or technical products
- Worked with long / consultative sales cycles
- Built marketing around pipeline targets not just MQLs
- A strong grasp of metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion, payback period)
- Experience aligning Sales, Marketing and Product
You should be comfortable:
- Talking architecture, integrations and technical value
- Building messaging for both technical and commercial buyers
- Translating product features into commercial outcomes
- Driving account-based marketing (ABM) in enterprise environments
- Develop and execute a data-led marketing strategy aligned to revenue goals
- Own demand generation across digital, content, events and outbound support
- Build technically credible thought leadership (whitepapers, solution briefs, webinars)
- Improve funnel performance and marketing ROI
- Strengthen brand positioning in a competitive tech market
- Implement marketing automation and reporting frameworks
- Support sales enablement with technical collateral
You’re likely:
- A current Head of Marketing in SaaS
- Or a Senior Marketing Leader ready for a step up
- Commercially sharp, not just creative
- Confident working with engineers and product teams
- Comfortable with accountability for pipeline contribution
