Our client, an ambitious and forward thinking organisation is looking for an IT Manager to lead its technology function and play a key role in driving innovation, security and operational excellence across the business.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a proactive environment and enjoys improving systems, driving smarter ways of working and exploring emerging technologies. You’ll lead a small IT team while partnering closely with senior leadership to ensure technology supports the organisation’s growth and future ambitions.

The RoleAs IT Manager, you’ll take ownership of the organisation’s IT environment, ensuring systems are secure, reliable and constantly evolving to support the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing the IT team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Driving the IT strategy and identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes
- Managing infrastructure, security, backups and system patching to keep the organisation protected
- Delivering IT projects and managing budgets and suppliers
- Translating business needs into effective technical solutions
- Providing hands-on technical support when required
- Strengthening cyber security and contributing to overall security strategy
- Ensuring robust business continuity and disaster recovery planning
- Exploring opportunities to adopt AI, automation and emerging technologies
This role would suit an IT professional who is proactive, solutions-focused and passionate about improving how technology supports a business.

- Solid experience within an IT support or infrastructure environment
