Key Role Responsibilities

  • Drive new business within the mid-market private sector.
  • Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, closing, and onboarding.
  • Leverage internal SDR and marketing support to build your pipeline.
  • Deliver consultative, solution-based sales across multiple IT domains.
  • Meet ARR-based revenue targets with a structured 4-month ramp-up.

Key Attributes Required

  • 2-3+ years’ proven success in IT solution sales (MSP background preferred).
  • Strong hunter mentality with demonstrable new business wins.
  • Experience selling at least 2 of the following: networking, cloud, cyber security, or unified communications.
  • Consultative approach with a deep understanding of client needs and solution mapping.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
