Key Role Responsibilities:

Lead all financial operations and reporting, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment with business goals.

Act as a key commercial partner to the board, driving financial planning, risk management, and performance analysis.

Support and guide M&A activities, from due diligence through to integration.

Oversee and mentor the finance team, implementing efficient processes and controls.

Contribute to investor relations and external stakeholder engagement.
Key Attributes Required:

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).

Strong commercial acumen and board-level reporting experience.

Demonstrated experience in a technology-focused business; private equity exposure highly desirable.

Proven track record in finance leadership, ideally within a fast-paced, acquisitive environment.
