Key Role Responsibilities

  • Deliver responsive, first-line support via phone, email, and in-person queries.
  • Log, triage, and escalate technical issues using internal support systems.
  • Provide hands-on assistance with equipment setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Assist with system installations, including printers, phones, AV, and access devices.
  • Keep clear records and contribute to support documentation and guides.

Key Attributes Required

  • Experience in a helpdesk or technical support role (1st line or similar).
  • Clear communication and a helpful, customer-focused attitude.
  • Basic technical troubleshooting across hardware and software environments.
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills across multiple technology platforms.
  • Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
