Key Role Responsibilities
- Deliver responsive, first-line support via phone, email, and in-person queries.
- Log, triage, and escalate technical issues using internal support systems.
- Provide hands-on assistance with equipment setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Assist with system installations, including printers, phones, AV, and access devices.
- Keep clear records and contribute to support documentation and guides.
Key Attributes Required
- Experience in a helpdesk or technical support role (1st line or similar).
- Clear communication and a helpful, customer-focused attitude.
- Basic technical troubleshooting across hardware and software environments.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills across multiple technology platforms.
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
