Key Role Responsibilities:

• Support and optimise end-user computing systems and collaboration tools.
• Configure and maintain Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and identity platforms.
• Manage device lifecycles including imaging, refreshes, and MDM solutions.
• Ensure service compliance, documentation, and user support within SLAs.
• Drive improvements through automation and knowledge sharing.

Key Attributes Required:

• Proven experience in IT support or end-user computing roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and endpoint management tools.
• Familiarity with Azure AD, MFA, SSO, and compliance/security protocols.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
• ITIL knowledge or certification is a plus.
