Key Role Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth through proactive outbound calling and client engagement
  • Open new customer accounts and revive inactive ones to build a growing client base
  • Work to achieve financial targets and activity KPIs (talk time, conversion rates, etc.)
  • Manage CRM entries, customer updates, and pipeline forecasting daily
  • Quote and process orders, managing backorders to maintain service levels
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, configuration, and service teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Build strong product knowledge to become a trusted client advisor

Key Attributes Required

  • Experience or strong interest in IT sales, ideally with an understanding of hardware or services
  • Target-driven and motivated by achieving commercial results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both written and verbal
  • Able to manage time, priorities, and client expectations confidently
  • CRM and MS Office proficiency, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Self-starter with strong listening, presentation, and relationship-building skills
