Key Role Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth through proactive outbound calling and client engagement
- Open new customer accounts and revive inactive ones to build a growing client base
- Work to achieve financial targets and activity KPIs (talk time, conversion rates, etc.)
- Manage CRM entries, customer updates, and pipeline forecasting daily
- Quote and process orders, managing backorders to maintain service levels
- Collaborate with pre-sales, configuration, and service teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Build strong product knowledge to become a trusted client advisor
Key Attributes Required
- Experience or strong interest in IT sales, ideally with an understanding of hardware or services
- Target-driven and motivated by achieving commercial results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both written and verbal
- Able to manage time, priorities, and client expectations confidently
- CRM and MS Office proficiency, especially Excel and Outlook
- Self-starter with strong listening, presentation, and relationship-building skills
