An exciting role awaits a technically adept and customer-focused Pre-Sales Consultant poised to shape solution design and support deal success across a modern Microsoft technology stack. Operating across London and Birmingham, this hybrid role blends office presence with strategic on-site client engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with sales consultants to deliver tailored, impactful pre-sales support in Azure, Microsoft 365/O365, cybersecurity, VoIP, connectivity, and print technologies.

Your Role & Impact
As the technical linchpin within the pre-sales cycle, you will:
- Act as primary subject matter expert during discovery, demos, and workshops—tailoring Azure and Microsoft 365-centric architectures to client needs.
- Design robust and technically sound proposals combining cloud services, cybersecurity, connectivity, communications, and print solutions.
- Partner seamlessly with Sales Consultants to craft strategic pitches, proofs-of-concept, and responses to RFPs.
- Build and foster trust with technical and business stakeholders through thought leadership and consultative discussion.
- Maintain up-to-date Microsoft certifications and nurture an expert knowledge base across evolving platforms and best practices.
About You
The ideal Pre-Sales Consultant will bring:
- Technical Mastery: Proven experience with Microsoft Azure and O365 (Dynamics exposure a plus), backed by certifications or demonstrable deployment history.
- Consultative Approach: Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical capability into business value for a range of stakeholders.
- Broad IT Insight: Awareness of cybersecurity, VoIP, networks, connectivity, and print+document management—understanding end-to-end IT landscapes.
- Client-Facing Confidence: Comfortable leading workshops, demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs.
- Team Player Ethos: Collaborative, solution-oriented, self-driven attitude aligned with an open, respectful workforce.
Location & Working Model
- Hybrid-based: Must have good access to London and Birmingham offices.
- Frequent travel to client sites as projects demand.
